The owner of the Agency - *Marek Kunicki* -- a Licensed Broker in real
estate trading (license No. 1179) -- started his real estate business
activity in 1992. Therefore, the Company has long-time experience,
established position on the market and presently specializes in sale of
flats and apartments in Warsaw as well as in renting apartments to
employees of embassies and international corporations that it has had
long-term relations with.
We treat our clients individually -- each client has her/his
own agent responsible for the case. Offers selected by a client are
carefully reviewed and then apartments are visited in the company of an
agent. We never provide our clients with just a list of addresses; the
agent always assists a client, helps her/him in making a decision and
gives advice and information during the transaction process.
Our company cooperates with credit and mortgage consultants -- should you need help from them.
We will be more than happy to answer any questions you might have in relation to the real estate sector.
